- High-power servo motor is used as punching power, which has the advantages of low noise, fast speed, stable power and adjustable punching speed.
- The high-precise positioning electric eyes (e-eye) are used for highly precise sheet feeding positioning.
It has the advanced card sorting structure with the adjustable card pick-placing position, which can ensure the stability and reliability of card collection and sorting operation.
After the cards are punched, they can be automatically collected and sorted separately according to the printed pattern layout. It is especially suitable for punching business cards and the sheets with a variety of different patterns on the same sheet.
- The PLC program controls the automatic operation system, and it can realize real-time card output monitoring, automatic shutdown and alarm in case of abnormal situations.
